Filter Paper Pleating Machine

The filter paper pleating machine is the first process equipment for filter element forming, using hot roller setting, suitable for conventional filter paper pleat height and pitch. Standard machine pleat height range 5–100 mm, working speed 0–120 pleats/min, suitable for pleating production of conventional diesel engine filters and air filter elements. Specific configuration needs to be determined according to filter media weight and filter element size.
